• Cancellations of orders to be made 03 Days before Event Date
• In event bad weather, heavy traffic conditions, our Delivery Personal shall contact you before delivery deadline to inform & update of our estimated time of arrival.
• The management reserved the right to substitute any item should it be unavailable, with other items of equal or similar value.

Delivery Information

• Delivery Charge: $15.00 applies for all orders - Wavier of delivery charge for order above $150.00 dollars
• Delivery is to one designate location only
• For Chalets & BBQ Pits, Customers are advised to collect goods from the nearest car park
• Deliveries to Mainland only (For Sentosa & Jurong Island : Min Order of $600.00 required)

Food Safety Advise

Frozen Food

• It is recommended that all thawed raw frozen food to be cooked thoroughly and consumed.
• Left overs are to be thrown away if left standing for more the 05 hours.
• Un-cooked thawed frozen goods are to be disposed off. Re-freezeing for future use is not recommended

Cooked Food

• Cooked Food are delivered reasonably warmth or in room temperature.
• Customers are advised to re-heat all cooked food before consumption.
• All cooked food left standing 06 Hours from production time should be dispose off

General Knowledge

• Do not mix serving gears & utensils to handle raw food & cooked food.
• Please ensure all Raw Foods are thoroughly cooked before consumption.
