2. Ability to work as a team with others to smooth the progress of the floor operations.
3. A pleasant personality with a positive outlook, clear focus, integrity, observant and possesses initiative.
4. Ability to be neutral and objective, enjoys in dealing with people.
5. Able to handle pressure from customers.
6. A passion for the service industry.
7. Independent and able to run the operation in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
8. Possess a keen attitude to learn new things.
