PRE-REQUISITIES
1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or ITE Certificate
2. Minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience in the service industry in a Supervisory position

ABILITIES & EXPERIENCES
1. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

2. Ability to work as a team with other to smooth the progress of the floor operation.

3. A pleasant personality with a positive outlook, clear focus, integrity, observant and initiative.

4. Ability to be neutral and objective, enjoy in dealing with people.

5. Able to adapt to handle pressures from customers.

6. A passion for the service industry.

7. Independent and able to run the operation in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

8. Possess a keen attitude to learn new things.
