And we have several denominations that offer you the flexibility to package your rewards programme. The gift certificates usually have a 12-month expiration from date of issuance but this can be extended through our retail outlets (restaurants). Our usual extension is normally another 12-month, depending on whether a new design is in the market. The reason for renewal instead of life-time value is because we redesign our gift certificates continually for branding purposes and at the same time, to deter frauds and misrepresentations.

Payment is usually made by crossed cheque upon receipt of gift certificates. Upon receiving your order, our corporate sales team will contact you and confirm your order and special request. We will then generate our invoice and send over to you via email before delivery.
